TradeLetter uses AI and machine learning to power its market intelligence features. In connection with these features:

  • Individual user data is not directly fed into AI models in a way that exposes your personal information to other users
  • AI models are trained on aggregated, anonymized market data and behavioral patterns

9.3 EEA & UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. 11. International Data Transfers

TradeLetter is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

For EEA and UK users, we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and equivalent UK mechanisms to safeguard international data transfers in compliance with GDPR and UK GDPR.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, data providers, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through TradeLetter.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. TradeLetter's current systems do not respond to DNT signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a revised effective date and, where required by law, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
